China cuisine recipes: Squid bakwan Turmeric Spice

Materials:
* 150 gr squid (cut into thin round)
* 3 tablespoons flour
* 3 lbr mangkokan Leaves (sliced thin)
* 3 / 4 teaspoon salt

Spices that are:
* 4 cloves Onion
* 1 clove garlic
* 1 / 2 tsp Coriander
* 2 pieces red pepper
* 2 cm turmeric
* Oil for frying

Cooking Method:
* Combine squid with flour, mangkokan leaf and salt and stir well.
* Add spice paste and stir well.
* Little by little Spoon into hot oil.
* Fry until crispy and cooked through, remove and serve.
