China Cooking Recipes - bakwan Squid Turmeric spice
Material:
150 gr squid (cut into thin round)
3 tablespoons flour
3 lbr mangkokan Leaves (sliced thin)
3 / 4 teaspoon salt
Spices that are:
4 cloves Onion
1 clove garlic
Half tsp Coriander
2 pieces of red pepper
2 cm turmeric
Oil for frying
Cooking Method:
Combine squid with flour, mangkokan leaf and salt, mix well.
Add the spice paste and stir well.
Spoon a little into the hot oil.
Fry until crispy and cooked through, remove and serve.
