How to make Spanish dishes: Mousse Chiffon Eggs

Materials:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1 hot pepper, finely chopped
- 1 can of tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- Half teaspoon salt
- 4 eggs
- 4 pieces of salami
- 1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped
How to Treat:
1. Saute onions, peppers, chilies, tomatoes, salt, tomato paste, and olive oil. Once wilted, pour in the hot dish.
2. Make the holes, then break the eggs one by one into a hole. Cover eggs with salami.
3. Bake for 30 minutes, remove and sprinkle parsley.
4. Serve when warm.
