Materials:
- 150 g dried spaghetti
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 10 g onion, chopped
- 100 g of beef ribs, smoked beef / beef bacon, roughly chopped
- Dilute 125 ml fresh cream
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- A chicken egg yolk

Topping:
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

Method:
- Spaghettini with boiled water until soft seukupnya. Remove and drain.
- Saute garlic and onion until wilted and fragrant.
- Enter smoked chops, stirring until slightly dried and melted fat.
- Pour cream liquid and seasonings and simmer bubuhi.
- Enter the spaghetti, mix well.
- If you like hard-boiled eggs, directly enter the egg yolks and stir until cooked.
- Remove, sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
