Fish Recipes: Garlic Marinade Mujair

Material:
4 tilapia fish, clean, split body
1 clove garlic, grated
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
cooking oil
2 leeks, sliced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Marinade:
5 onions, thinly sliced
3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
75 g chives, clean
10 fruit of cayenne pepper, sliced
1 teaspoon shrimp paste fried
1 teaspoon salt

Method:
- Marinate the fish with garlic, lemon and salt until blended.
- Fry fish in hot oil until cooked lots and dry. Remove and drain.
- Heat 2 tbsp oil, saute the ingredients until fragrant and wilted.
- Add the leek and lemon juice, stir and boil until wilted. Lift.
- Pour over fried fish. Serve.
