150 ml water
75 ml Japanese soy sauce
1 tsp sesame puree
2 cloves garlic, grated
1 / 2 teaspoon pepper
1 tsp sugar
1 teaspoon salt
Method:
Arrange the tofu and meat in a pan or wok.
Pour the seasoning ingredients, cover the pan, cook over medium heat to boil.
Stirring and turning occasionally. Add the asparagus and mushrooms.
Cook until sauce is reduced and the vegetables are tender.
Lift and serve warm.
